Three Ways to Join
No single path to membership. Just the one that works for you. ADLEA is built to remove barriers, not add them.
Paid by the Educator
Individual educators can join and pay directly, on their own timeline, at whichever tier fits their needs.
Paid by the School or District
Schools and districts can sponsor membership for their staff individually or enroll under the Institutional tier.
Sponsored Membership
Donors, partner organizations, and community sponsors can fund membership for educators who could not otherwise afford it.
Membership FAQ
Can my school pay for my individual membership?
Yes. Schools and districts are welcome to cover an educator's Community or Educator Plus membership directly, without enrolling in the Institutional tier.
How does sponsored membership work?
Sponsors, whether individuals, foundations, or partner organizations, can fund membership for educators who need it. Reach out through the Contact page to set up a sponsorship.
Can I upgrade my tier later?
Yes. Members can move between tiers at renewal, or upgrade mid-year with a prorated adjustment.
Is financial assistance available?
Yes. ADLEA does not want cost to be a barrier to any educator. Contact us to discuss options, including sponsored membership.
