The role spans whole-school wellbeing integration, developing frameworks that support the emotional, mental, and cultural needs of learners and educators while training school teams in social-emotional learning, self-regulation, and mind-body practices, alongside preventative mental health supports for learners navigating identity, migration, and multiliteracy demands. The Wellbeing Guide champions educator wellbeing and capacity-building through resources, peer support groups, and wellness coaching that foster resilience, work-life harmony, and collective care, working closely with instructional leaders to align wellbeing with pedagogy and classroom design. A central thread of this role is cultural healing and identity development, infusing Armenian storytelling, music, and ritual into school culture, supporting identity-affirming spaces, and helping design programs that address intergenerational trauma and diaspora belonging. The role centers on digital ecosystem management, building and maintaining LEHZU, ADLEA's open-access digital platform, alongside the website and future app, while monitoring and troubleshooting the systems that connect departments across the organization. It also encompasses digital media and content infrastructure, coordinating livestreams, webinars, and professional learning events, and managing the storage, editing, and presentation of ADLEA's growing video library of instructional best practices. The Technology & Digital Strategy Guide leads technology integration and innovation, guiding thoughtful use of AI, automation, and digital solutions that enhance the experience of educators and users while identifying emerging tools that strengthen ADLEA's digital reach. In partnership with the Partnership and Outreach Guide, the role shapes ADLEA's branding and online presence, overseeing social media strategy and ensuring visual and digital consistency across every public-facing channel. Finally, the Technology & Digital Strategy Guide safeguards cybersecurity and data ethics, ensuring data protection and safe access across ADLEA's digital platforms while upholding accessibility, privacy, and transparency in every technology decision.

The role centers on instructional leadership, designing and delivering high-quality, standards-based biliteracy lessons across elementary grade levels, recording and annotating exemplar lessons to build a rich video library, and modeling effective strategies for language development, academic rigor, and cultural relevance while providing coaching and mentorship to teachers implementing DLI instruction. It also encompasses curriculum and professional learning, co-creating culturally grounded, interdisciplinary curriculum resources in Armenian and a partner language, developing and facilitating professional development sessions and toolkits on biliteracy and instructional design, and collaborating with educators and scholars to integrate neuroscience, social-emotional learning, and global competencies into curriculum development. The Learning Guide also contributes to the translation, adaptation, and creation of academic resources for DLI classrooms. The role centers on strategic financial leadership, designing ADLEA's financial systems, models, and growth strategy while creating annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections aligned with programmatic goals. It also encompasses fundraising, grants, and donations, researching and writing grant proposals for private foundations and global institutions, cultivating relationships with donors and philanthropic partners, and leading fundraising campaigns and donor pathways that support ADLEA's mission. The Finance, Growth and Strategy Guide drives revenue and resource development, managing ADLEA's membership structure and platform sales, exploring new funding channels such as sponsorships and co-branded partnerships, and supporting the pricing and scalability of ADLEA's professional learning offerings and resources. ADLEA's Research and Data Guide leads the organization's first full-scale research agenda into Armenian Dual Language Immersion, designing studies, building data systems, and translating findings into practice that strengthens every other Guide's work. The role centers on research design and implementation, leading original studies on program outcomes, biliteracy development, and learner identity and wellbeing, developing research questions and methodologies in partnership with ADLEA's leadership and field experts, and conducting longitudinal and comparative studies across ADLEA's global network of programs. It also encompasses data infrastructure and systems, building and maintaining ADLEA's data collection systems across programs, assessments, and platforms while designing dashboards and reporting tools that make data usable for Guides, educators, and district partners, all grounded in data privacy, security, and ethical use. The Research and Data Guide drives assessment and program evaluation, collaborating with the Professional Development Guide and Learning Guide to align assessment tools with research priorities and providing data-driven recommendations that inform curriculum, professional learning, and program design. ADLEA Student Voice Guide
ADLEA's Student Voice Guide brings the lived experience of Armenian Dual Language Immersion directly into the organization's leadership, ensuring that the perspective of the students the program serves shapes ADLEA's decisions, advocacy, and public voice. The role centers on lived-experience advocacy, sharing firsthand insight into how Armenian DLI shapes identity, language, and belonging, and helping ADLEA's other Guides understand the real impact of programs, policies, and resources on the learners who move through them. It also encompasses peer and community outreach, connecting with current and prospective DLI students and their families to answer questions, demystify the program, and encourage a new generation of learners and advocates, while supporting efforts aimed at expanding DLI into new districts and communities. The Student Voice Guide contributes to program and policy conversations, offering a learner's perspective in discussions about curriculum, assessment, and program design, and helping ensure that decisions made on behalf of students are grounded in what students themselves experience and value. Finally, the role serves as a public representative of ADLEA's mission, participating in advocacy efforts, community events, and storytelling initiatives that illustrate, in the clearest possible terms, why Armenian Dual Language Immersion matters.
