ADLEA Professional Growth Guide
The Professional Growth Guide leads the full arc of an educator's development with ADLEA, from entering the Armenian DLI classroom to growing, contributing, and flourishing across a career. The role designs and delivers professional learning for educators and leaders, including workshops, institutes, coaching, and expert-led series, and oversees the Teacher Pathway, the university-partnered route through which new Armenian DLI teachers are recruited, validated, endorsed, and registered. The Professional Growth Guide leads the Professional Exchange that connects educators in Armenia and the diaspora, supports educators in becoming published authors, develops ADLEA certifications, and co-leads the ADLEA Confluence as steward of its professional learning program. The role also equips principals and district leaders to champion Armenian DLI, sets the standards that guide all ADLEA professional learning, anchored in the five pillars, and sustains communities of practice and a training calendar that welcomes educators from other dual language programs.

ADLEA Research and Data Guide
The Research and Data Guide leads ADLEA's research agenda into Armenian Dual Language Immersion and builds the evidence base that strengthens every Solution. Organized around ADLEA's five pillars, the research agenda examines program outcomes, biliteracy development, learner identity, the bilingual brain, wellbeing, and human skills. The role stewards ADLEA's university research partnership, builds the data systems and dashboards that make evidence usable for Guides, educators, and district partners, and evaluates the impact of every Solution for funders, partners, and the Board. The Research and Data Guide validates ADLEA's assessment tools and analyzes learner progress, identifies trends across the Armenian DLI field and the wider dual language landscape to inform ADLEA's flagship reports, and ensures research consent, ethical practice, and responsible stewardship of data, with special care for learners and families. Through this work, the role translates findings into clear insight that guides practice, strengthens advocacy, and establishes ADLEA as a trusted source of evidence in dual language education.

ADLEA Wellbeing Guide
The Wellbeing Guide integrates holistic wellbeing into Armenian DLI programs and into ADLEA's own culture through whole-child, whole-family, and whole-teacher approaches grounded in neuroscience, trauma-informed practice, and ancestral wisdom. The role leads Parent Education, walking alongside families as partners in their children's biliteracy, identity, and belonging, and co-leads the ADLEA Confluence as steward of its wellness and renewal program. The Wellbeing Guide develops learner-facing supports for identity and belonging, whole-school wellbeing frameworks, and a wellbeing curriculum strand of social-emotional, mindfulness, and mind-body resources in Armenian and partner languages. The role supports educator wellbeing and retention, infuses Armenian storytelling, music, and ritual into school culture, offers trauma-informed guidance to schools and families, provides wellbeing standards that every Guide can draw on, and nurtures reflective practice within the ADLEA team. As steward of the pillars of Holistic Wellbeing, Neuroplasticity, and Social Skills in the Age of AI, the Wellbeing Guide translates research on the developing brain and human connection into practice across ADLEA.

ADLEA Brand Strategy Guide
The Brand Strategy Guide develops and stewards ADLEA's brand, defining how the organization and each of its Solutions are positioned, named, and experienced by educators, families, partners, and funders in Armenia, across the diaspora, and throughout the education field. Drawing on research into ADLEA's audiences, the Brand Strategy Guide structures ADLEA as a family of Solution brands, including LEHZU, the ADLEA App, and the ADLEA Confluence, leads the positioning and launch of every Solution, and articulates the ADLEA Approach built on ADLEA's five pillars. The role sets ADLEA's voice, visual identity, and brand standards, adapts them across countries and languages, and shapes how the brand is felt in every experience ADLEA offers, from member onboarding to the Confluence. The Brand Strategy Guide also leads ADLEA's storytelling and flagship publications, builds an ADLEA ambassador network and a shared sense of identity and belonging for educators across the movement, develops quality marks that recognize ADLEA educators and programs, sets standards for co-branding and funder materials, welcomes educators from other dual language programs into ADLEA's community, and protects the reputation and trademarks of the ADLEA name, working as a strategic partner to every Guide and managing the creative partners who help bring the brand to life.

ADLEA Teaching and Learning Guide
The Teaching and Learning Guide serves as the anchor of instructional excellence at ADLEA, leading the curriculum, assessment, translation, and virtual instruction through which Armenian Dual Language Immersion comes to life for learners. The role designs culturally grounded, interdisciplinary curriculum in Armenian and partner languages, develops standards-based assessment tools that track learner progress across both languages, oversees the academic translation and adaptation of instructional resources, and leads the instruction of Virtual ADLI Programs for learners beyond the reach of in-person programs. The Teaching and Learning Guide delivers and annotates model biliteracy lessons, creates ADLEA's library of exemplary teaching practice, sets the curriculum and instructional standards that define ADLEA quality, and vets the instructional resources shared on LEHZU. As steward of the pillars of Linguistic Depth and Cultural Wisdom, the role ensures that every learning experience cultivates rich, academic command of Armenian across both of its literary traditions and carries Armenian heritage into the heart of the curriculum, while bringing all five pillars into the classroom.

ADLEA Operations Guide
The Operations Guide builds and stewards the internal foundation that allows ADLEA to function with clarity, warmth, and reliability. Based at ADLEA's Los Angeles office, the role establishes and runs ADLEA's physical home, creating a welcoming workplace rooted in Armenian culture and wholeness, and upholding health, safety, accessibility, and safeguarding practices. The Operations Guide welcomes and onboards members across every membership tier, guides schools through institutional account setup, supports renewals and member records, and coordinates family enrollment for Virtual ADLI Programs. The role leads people operations for the ADLEA team, including hiring logistics, onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration, and maintains the internal tools, meeting rhythms, and documentation that connect a globally distributed team, serving as keeper of ADLEA's team handbook. The Operations Guide carries the in-person logistics of workshops, district engagements, the Professional Exchange, and the ADLEA Confluence, and manages vendors, procurement, contract records, and the calendar of filings and deadlines that keep ADLEA in good standing.

ADLEA Partnerships and Outreach Guide
The Partnerships and Outreach Guide builds and nurtures ADLEA's relationships with school districts, universities, government offices, nonprofits, industry partners, and communities in Armenia and across the diaspora. The role leads Advocacy and Consulting, advancing policy support, awareness, and investment for Armenian DLI and guiding districts and schools as they design and strengthen their programs. The Partnerships and Outreach Guide cultivates institutional partnerships and co-designs collaborative projects, develops district relationships that lead to partnerships, memberships, and contracts, and opens new partnerships in new countries and with organizations from other dual language programs. As ADLEA's external representative, the role speaks for ADLEA at conferences, forums, media opportunities, and community events, delivers newsletters and partner communications within ADLEA's brand standards, maintains strong connections with Armenian institutions and communities worldwide, and surfaces grant, sponsorship, and collaboration opportunities through ADLEA's relationships, with the five pillars at the heart of ADLEA's advocacy message.

ADLEA Finance, Legal & Strategy Guide
The Finance, Legal and Strategy Guide leads the development of a sustainable, mission-aligned financial and legal foundation for ADLEA, ensuring the organization remains compliant, fiscally solvent, and worthy of the trust of its Board, funders, partners, and community. The role oversees budgets and forecasts, models the financial path of ADLEA's growth into new regions and programs, leads fundraising, grant writing, and donor cultivation, and builds revenue through membership, platform sales, sponsorships, and district contracts. The Finance, Legal and Strategy Guide stewards ADLEA's reserves, financial operations, and reporting. As ADLEA's steward of legal compliance, the role safeguards ADLEA's nonprofit and tax-exempt standing and adherence to its bylaws, reviews contracts and agreements, shapes ADLEA's approach to risk and insurance, and guides compliance with employment, privacy, intellectual property, and international law, working with outside legal counsel and aligning ADLEA's resources with its five pillars.

ADLEA Technology & Digital Strategy Guide
The Technology and Digital Strategy Guide architects and evolves the digital ecosystem that powers ADLEA's global mission. The role leads LEHZU, ADLEA's resource marketplace and YouTube channel, and the ADLEA App that brings every Solution together in one place, along with the ADLEA website, digital channels, and social media. The Technology and Digital Strategy Guide owns the virtual learning environment of Virtual ADLI Programs, including its platform, engagement tools, live support, and online safety for young learners, and leads the digital and hybrid experience of every ADLEA gathering, including livestreaming, virtual attendance, event platforms, and session recordings for the ADLEA Confluence. The role ensures every platform fully supports Armenian script, both of its literary traditions, and partner languages, guides thoughtful, human-centered use of AI and emerging tools, safeguards cybersecurity, privacy, and accessibility, and provides the technology foundation on which the team works, carrying all five pillars into ADLEA's digital world.

ADLEA Student Voice Guide
The Student Voice Guide brings the lived experience of Armenian Dual Language Immersion directly into ADLEA's leadership. The role convenes a Learner Voice Council of current and former Armenian DLI learners who share perspectives, respond to questions from the Guides, and bring ideas forward, and carries the perspectives of learners across programs, ages, and regions into every decision that shapes their experience. The Student Voice Guide connects with prospective learners and their families to welcome new communities into Armenian DLI, gathers and shares learner stories with care and consent, and represents the learner perspective at advocacy events, community gatherings, and the ADLEA Confluence. Through learners' own voices, the role shows what each of ADLEA's five pillars means in a young person's life, and offers a young leader meaningful responsibility, mentorship from fellow Guides, and a genuine seat at the table.
